OAO UralKhimMash dispatched two units of column equipment to OAO Kuibyshev Refinery: a gasoline stabilizer 3-VC2003 and a fractionator stripper 3-VC2005. The gasoline stabilizer height is more than 24 meters, top part diameter is 900 mm, and the main body diameter – 1,200 mm. The 14.5-ton equipment was shipped by a transporter with an escort platform.
The fractionator stripper weighing 8.3 tons was carried by two coupled rail platforms. The equipment measures 14.5 meters in height, diameter – 1,500 mm. Altogether, OAO UralKhimMash shall manufacture and supply six units of column equipment to Kuibyshev Refinery.
Also, a high pressure amine treatment absorber 3-VC2001, a low pressure amine treatment absorber 3-VC2006, a stripper 3-VC2002 and a fractionator 3-VC2004 will be shipped by November 2013. This equipment is under fabrication as per ZAO SamaraNeftekhimProekt design and forms part of the vacuum gasoil hydrotreatment unit (FCC complex).
The similar column equipment is being manufactured for another Rosneft works – OAO Syzran Refinery. As of today, two units of column structures have been already shipped to Syzran Refinery. Three remaining units are planned to be dispatched by the end of April.
