As of the end of 2012, Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik (main production site of OAO EMAlliance, part of power engineering group Silovye Mashiny) increased product shipment by 5.3 thousand tons (16.7%) compared to the same period of 2011. Total weight of shipped equipment exceeded 37 thousand tons (31.8 thousand tons in 2011) to the amount of more than RUB 6.7 billion. This includes over 10.7 thousand tons to the amount of more than RUB 2 billion supplied to CIS and non-CIS countries.
The main consignees of ready-to-use products in this period were as follows: Vladimir CHP-2, Izhevsk CHP-1, Kirov CHP-3, Novo-Salavat CHP, Omsk CHP-3, Perm CHP-9, Serov GRES, Starobeshevsk TPP (Ukraine), Trypilsk TPP (Ukraine), Burshtyn TPP (Ukraine), Harta TPP (Iraq), Nasiriyah TPP (Iraq), Barh TPP (India), CHP-16 and CHP-20 of Mosenergo, Cherepovets GRES, Ekibastuz GRES-1, GRES-2 (Kazakhstan) and others.
Among the wide range of deliveries, the following equipment shall be pointed out: ceiling girders for Barh TPP boiler; waste-heat boiler modules for Cherepovets GRES, Perm CHP-9, Mosenergo CHP-16 and CHP-20, Kirov CHP-3, Izhevsk CHP-1, etc.; stacks for Omsk CHP-3, Perm CHP-9, Mosenergo CHP-16, Vladimir CHP-2; convective secondary superheater for Berezovskaya GRES (unit No. 3); assemblies and parts for modernization of Trypilsk TPP, Starobeshevsk TPP, Burshtyn TPP.
Shipment of ready-to-use products is now ongoing for Mosenergo CHP-20, Berezovskaya GRES (unit No. 3), Novo-Salavat CHP, Trypilsk TPP, Cherepovets GRES, Harta TPP. Lined up is shipment of equipment for Kazan CHP-2. Two waste-heat boilers with the total weight of about 1.8 thousand tons will have to be delivered to the plant.
